Ryvlo stores as little as possible: what you type in, and what is needed to sign you in. This policy describes the data Ryvlo holds today.
What we store
Everything below comes from you or from your use of the app:
- Your email address, used only to sign you in.
- Your optional display name and your timezone.
- Subscriptions you add: name, price, billing interval, and renewal dates.
- Savings entries and the confirmations you record.
- Retention checks and provider offers you choose to record for a subscription.
- Preferences and consent records.
- Anonymous counts of which offers were viewed or opened.
What we do not collect
Ryvlo has no access to any of the following:
- Bank accounts, card numbers, balances, or transactions.
- The contents of your email inbox.
- Passwords — Ryvlo has none; sign-in uses a one-time emailed code.
- Location data or advertising identifiers.
Who can see your data
Your records are protected by row-level security so that only your signed-in account can read them. Ryvlo does not sell your data and does not share it with advertisers.
Your controls
From Profile you can export a machine-readable copy of your data at any time, and delete your account along with the records it owns.
Retention
Data is kept while your account exists. Exports are generated on demand and are not stored on our servers. When you delete your account, your records and your sign-in account are removed.
